Booking & FAQs

How does mobile notarization work?

We travel directly to your preferred location—whether it's your home, office, hospital, or a local nursing facility—to provide professional and convenient notary services on your schedule.

What areas do you serve?

Our core coverage includes most of Cuyahoga County, including Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Beachwood, and Independence. Additional travel across Northeast Ohio is available by request.

What IDs are required?

All signers must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a current Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport. This ensures accurate identification and is non-negotiable for all signings.

What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

We value your time and ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of urgent signings.

What types of documents do you handle?

We handle a wide range of documents including loan packages, estate and healthcare directives, Powers of Attorney (POA), Wills, Trusts, Affidavits, and other critical legal instruments.

We Come to You
